Valuation of Pinocchio VHS Tape

Going through all of my Disney VHS collection, I came across a never-opened Pinocchio in the clam shell style cover, plastic wrap still on and the Disney Store price tag in the upper right corner. Any suggestions on where I might obtain a realistic valuation is greatly appreciated.

suggestions on where I might obtain a realistic valuation is greatly
appreciated.

Check on eBay and you'll probably find lots of them *not* selling
thanks to ridiculous over-pricing (as well as very few people still
having a VHS player).
